In her latest series, ‘I am Woman’, Lisa draws inspiration from the themes of female empowerment, strength, and courage. According to Lisa, society often perpetuates unrealistic beauty standards, leading individuals to compare themselves to the images they see in the media. In contrast, Lisa advocates for standing in one's power and embracing self-love and growth. She believes that celebrating and cherishing the incredible capabilities of the female body is far more important than criticizing it.
By infusing her artwork with a message of empowerment, Lisa hopes to inspire others to shed their insecurities and embrace their own unique beauty. Her dedication to capturing the essence of the human form, combined with her passion for colour and experimentation, results in artwork that is not only visually striking but also emotionally evocative. Through her art, Lisa encourages viewers to embrace their individuality and find strength in their own personal journeys.
